Guardian ad Litem

Guardian ad Litem work is essentially doing a family investigation for the purpose of providing family court judges and marital masters a separate view of the family situation in order to find the best solutions for the benefit of the children. It is also in my opinion an opportunity to find some common ground with parents, in the hope of helping parents find resolutions so that the courts do not have to make decisions for the children.

Services Include:

• Completing New Hampshire court appointed investigations

• Making referrals for counseling, testing, and other services

• Working with parents and attorneys to mediate agreements

• Free follow up consultations after cases are resolved
